At Heartland Pediatrics we offer friendly and courteous healthcare for your child. We welcome the opportunity to provide this service to your family, and to keep your child healthy. We care for patients from newborn through 21 years of age. Please contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment. Presently we are accepting new patients. Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00​ a.m. – 4:30​ p.m. and Wednesday’s from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm​,with lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. We also offer ​Saturday hours from 9:00-12:00.

After choosing one of our providers as your new pediatrician, remember to call and inform your insurance company of your child’s new primary care provider prior to their first appointment to avoid being denied coverage. Please remember to bring a current copy of your insurance card to your initial visit, and again anytime you receive a new card. If you would like to download and print new patient forms, you are welcome to fill these out at home and bring them with you to your first appointment. If not, we will provide them when you arrive.
